Wendy Shay’s Performance During “UTV Day With Dates” Was Terrible – Sonnie Badu Former Manager
The former manager of Sonnie Badu, Uncle Winfred, says Wendy Shay’s performance was terrible.
Winfred Daniel Nii Adjaye, CEO of Brainhaus Media Productions and former manager of sensational gospel musician, Sonnie Badu, has bemoaned the recent performance of Wendy Shay during the “UTV Day With The Stars”.
As part of the New Year celebrations, United Television(UTV) organised a star-studded event dubbed “UTV Day With The Stars”.
The day saw a host of Ghanaian celebrities gracing the show with their stately presence and uniquely wonderful performances.
Among the many performers were Kuami Eugene, Mr Drew, Becca, YaaYaa, E-shun, X-doe, Nero-X, Brother Sammy and Wendy Shay.
Ghanaian Afrobeat singer, Wendy Shay, entertained the audience with some of her popular songs including “Stevie Wonder”, “Cut It” and “Masakra”.
She donned a “crop top” and a pair of black biker shorts with a pair of white boots to match. She finished off her look with a pair of expensive shades.
During her performance, the Rufftown Records signee hinted a few hitches from the guest band, Safoa Music Band.
Well, it appears all eyes were glued to the screens as Wendy Shay has received a ton of comments on social media following her UTV performance.
Winfred Daniel Nii Adjaye, well known as Uncle Winfred, has expressed his sentiments about Wendy Shay’s performance. Taking to his Facebook page, Ancle Winfred described the singer’s performance as appalling.
The post read:
“Watching UTV, I think there is something wrong with Wendy Shay. She is high on something I cannot tell. Bad performance.”
Well, Uncle Winfred’s Facebook post has sparked a few interesting comments from his followers some of whom had disagreed with him.
