Rosemond Alade Brown aka Akuapem Poloo who was convicted and remanded yesterday, by the Accra Circuit Court over an inappropriate photoshoot with her son has received varied reactions from social media users and other celebrities.
The video vixen on her son’s seventh birthday posted some naked photos which caused an uproar amongst a section of Ghanaians.
After months of court proceedings, the brand ambassador has been remanded into custody to undergo a pregnancy test before her sentencing.
Subsequently, on Wednesday, the actress pleaded guilty to all three charges and was convicted on her own plea by the court presided over by Christina Cann.
Social commentator and political activist, Kwame A Plus reacting to Akuapem Poloo’s court remand issue has described it as unfair.
In a lengthy Facebook post, the musician cum political activist angrily descended on the court and government.
According to A Plus, he says he disagree with the court final ruling on the award winning actress case.
Disagreeing with the court’s verdict, he noted that in the spike of covid-19 government spend over GHS19 billion and cited other crimes going on in the country, yet none of them have been brought to justice, instead they used an innocent girl (Akuapem Poloo) as an escape goat.
He further noted indirectly that Nana Akufo-Addo and his government have wasted over GHS19 billion on fighting covid-19 but have gone scot free.
