Ghanaian reggae-dancehall artiste,Emmanuel Andrews Samini, popularly called Samini has disclosed the free SHS policy implemented by President Akufo-Addo has relieved him financial burden.
According to Samini, he was heavily burdened with paying of school fees for some children who were in school.
While speaking in one of the NPP virtual concerts, Samini noted indicated though his direct family is not a beneficiary of the free SHS policy, but they live outside the country but he believes many families have been blessed with the policy.
Samini also noted that, Free SHS policy is not for any political party but all Ghanaians in the country because every child will benefit from it when they get to the senior high level.
”I support a lot of children by paying fees and the fact that I don’t pay those fees anymore makes me feel the essence of the Free SHS and as people thought it wouldn’t happen and it’s now in play hence a reason to give another chance to the Akufo Addo’s government.” He said.
